- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not misuse the platform (e.g., attempting to reverse-engineer the software)
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- Subscription fees are billed through Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled
- Free accounts have limited access; Pro accounts unlock additional features
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and code are the property of LingoScore and its parent company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- We do our best to provide reliable services, but we make no guarantees
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
